Relationship Therapy in Marina del Rey
In Person and virtual relationship counseling for your convenience
Relationship therapy is a specialized form of counseling designed to help individuals process the stress they experience from the way they relate to the people around them. Whether you are struggling with a relationship at home or work, it doesn’t take grand gestures to make them more meaningful. It takes consistent efforts to make other people feel seen, heard, and respected. I work with individuals in Marina del Rey seeking stronger relationships by helping them decode the patterns that are holding them back.
I work with Adults who live or work in Marina del Rey and are seeking stronger relationships, navigating conflict or transition, professionals facing leadership or team challenges, and organizations committed to healthier workplace cultures. Working with me, you can expect a collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationship, clear goals and measurable progress, and practical tools for reaching your goals.
I provide a space that is warm, grounded, and thoughtfully challenging. Growth requires safety and honesty. Our work will include both.
What Is a Relationship?
A relationship is the emotional or social connection between two or more people. Whether the relationship is personal, professional, casual or transactional, its success is built upon the basic human need for human connection. In a successful relationship, each person must feel seen, heard, and respected.
Signs You May Benefit From Relationship Counseling
At Home: You feel like you’re having the same argument on repeat, or the silence between you has become deafening.
At Work: You’re a high-functioning performer but difficult personalities or office politics are draining your productivity and peace of mind.
Within Yourself: You find yourself people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, or struggling to set boundaries that actually stick.
“The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships”
