Before starting my career as a licensed therapist, I was a high functioning senior executive that looked successful on the outside but suffered with stress and anxiety from my fear of failure and sense that I would never be good enough. I know the overwhelming burnout it can cause. As a therapist, I have supported many high functioning adults to continue to care deeply and pursue meaningful goals without being driven by fear, self-judgement, or nervous system overwhelm.

My education and training includes Depth Perspective (Jungian) Psychotherapy, Somatic Healing, Mindfulness Practices, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Polyvagal Informed Practices which allow me to integrate insight-driven exploration with tools that deliver real world results.

  2. During the consultation you should ask any questions you have about my education, experience, or approach for your therapy.

  3. We will discuss my fees and I will answer any questions or concerns you have about them.

  4. If you wish to work with me, we will schedule you first appointment and I will send you a New Client Packet for you to complete before our first session.

Understanding Your Payment Options

Individual 50 minutes sessions: $185 Virtual - $200 In Person

EMDR only sessions: $225

Couples Sessions $250

My Rates

In certain circumstances I offer sliding scale fees. Please inquire to see if you might be eligible.

24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged.

Sliding Scale

As an out-of-network provider, I do not accept insurance directly. Superbills will be provided upon request which you can submit to your PPO insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Out of Network Provider

The exact reimbursement amount will depend on your PPO insurance plan. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out how much you could get reimbursed.
